Mindset Health delivers uplifting education and promotion on critical health issues, including HIV and AIDS and Tuberculosis (TB). Mindset Health has a clear mandate to supply quality mass scale educational content to both Health Care Providers and the General Public at Health Care facilities throughout the country. The Educational content is delivered via satellite technology to facilities and to date we have a presence in 471 Health facilities in all nine provinces.

Mindset Health continuously strives to support Meaningful initiatives throughout South Africa. To this end we establish partnerships across the Health and Education spectrum. Mindset Health promotes the values of lifelong learning which is enshrined within our Professional Development programme. This programme underlines the importance of enhancing Health Care Providers existing knowledge and is a fundamental pillar in the Mindset Health serving.

Mindset Health is in the process of strengthening the Professional Development (PD) Programme which facilitates continuing professional development (CPD) of health care providers through the use of technology . CPD in nursing is aimed at increasing the level of competence (knowledge, skills and attitudes) of health care providers in managing HIV/AIDS, TB and other diseases and conditions also improving their knowledge and usage of IT (Information Technology).

The course is based on self directed learning and is experiential in its methodology. Professional Development assessments on 24 topics relating to HIV/AIDS and TB are being developed for HCPs. The assessments are made up of multiple choice, true and false, match the columns and case study questions.

Mindset Health has also developed PD Case Studies for facilitated education and training for health care providers (HCPs) and health workers. These case studies can be used both at pre-service and in-service nursing colleges or other professional training institutions.
