He identifies fixed and variable income and shows Ma D how to record data on the number of items she makes and sells. /learn/node/50123 In this lesson, Thato talks to his tutor about what he has found from studying the data collected from Ma D’s stall. We explore percentage mark up and the relationships between income, expenditure and the number of goods sold. /learn/node/50124 Thato uses three different methods, including graphs, an equation and a percentage calculation, to find out if Ma D is making a profit or not. /learn/node/50125 Thato discusses his ideas for improving the business with his tutor.
